Mobile userscript

Use a mobile browser with a userscript manager that supports GM_xmlhttpRequest. Install the script below. It adds a Send to Grubby button on the Grubhub website; enter your token at first use. Ordinary mobile Chrome and the Grubhub app do not run this script.
